Return and Refund Policy

Wareologie products are subject to a 3-month warranty that covers defects and any damage that occurs during shipping. Brands that Wareologie resells are warrantied only by the manufacturer’s policy. All parts must be shipped to Wareologie for inspection and warranty determination. Wareologie will not pay for commercial losses, labor or any general inconvenience.

Returns and Refunds

Wareologie offers a 30-day, return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund. Please note that all refunds exclude shipping costs and insurance fees. Customers are responsible for sending the product back to Wareologie. All shipping costs and any export fees must be paid by the customer and are nonrefundable. Unauthorized returns could be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about our decision to either grant or deny the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace certain items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email to info@wareologie.com
